RENTAL
The Main Auditorium can be configured in a number of ways. Everything from the United Way "Drug Store",
a multi station experience to teach the dangers of drug use to young people, to community concerts, to
wrestling matches have been accommodated. On the floor tables and chairs can be arranged any way a
vendor, exhibitor or banquet host may choose. (our recommendations)Rental Fees are based on the number of persons attending the function, the number of days used, the setup time and any additional rooms used. This is all itemized on the AUDITORIUM RENTAL CONTRACT form.

Hutchins has a total of seven more intimate areas for smaller meetings or stations. The Otoe and Osage rooms have discrete dimensions. The Tonkawa, Kaw and Ponca rooms can be combined by rolling back separators. The Sunshine rooms are on the lower level approximately under the stage area. These rooms can also be combined.
